In Daily 5 we have been working on a variety of strategies for writing and communicating with others. We are taking our story writing one step at a time and are building our descriptive writing techniques. Hopefully parents are able to see some samples of our writing at the Student Led Learning Walk.
We have debriefed our 2015 Federal Election and our discussions have been very interesting! We have looked at the Federal results and also at our school's Student Vote and National Student vote results. Students had many interesting observations and were able to make comparisons with the data. We were pleased with the number of families who spent some time watching and discussing the election coverage on Tuesday evening - thank you for that! We are now working on a Visual Journal page to represent our learning from this election experience!
